REINVENTION MEMORIAL JEWELLERY
At Adorato we specialise in reinventing old sentimental or inherited jewellery, that may have sat collecting dust somewhere as they are unwearable or broken and reinvent them into memorial designs (cremation ashes inclusion) which you can wear with pride.Sentimental jewellery (whether it be gifted or inherited) is priceless to the person it belongs to, but it may be unwearable due to it’s condition, style or size.
This can lead to it being stored out of sight collecting dust which is tragically sad considering it’s emotional value.
At Adorato we offer a very special service in which we give that unwearable piece new even more sentimental value by turning it into memorial pieces (with the inclusion of cremation ashes) as a powerful tribute to loved one or pet that has passed away.
*MULTI ASHES INCLUSION- We can incorporate multi ages into a design too.
What types of jewellery to people get remodelled into memorial designs?
- Inherited jewellery that has sentimental value but is not their style.
- Broken, hollow jewellery that’s not economical to repair (like Gold hoop earrings).
- Diamond jewellery that repeatedly has stones falling out, and lost.
- Family jewellery to divide among siblings or family members.
How does the memorial reinvention process work?
If you have a jewellery piece or gemstone that you would like to be reinvented into a new memorial design then you will be required to complete a query form so that we can evaluate the work and offer you a quote. Each commission is individually priced depending on the jewellery piece/pieces you have, and the design that you would like it to be reinvented into.
You will be given the choice of one of our designs which you can find below in the inspiration gallery, or you can custom design your own.
* Please note, if you are choosing a design from our gallery please include the gallery reference number on your query form.
Once you have received your quote if you decide to go ahead with the work you will be required to pay half of the commission fee to begin the process (the payment link will be attached to your quote). Once we have received confirmation of payment we will send you a receipt, along with details of where to send your jewellery and ashes too.
* Please note, we only require a small token amount of your loved ones ashes.
Once we have received your items we will email confirmation of the safe arrival and begin work on your new design.
Once you design is ready we will email you the payment link for your final instalment and on receipt of that your design will be posted via recorded next day delivery.
Examples of our work-
We were contacted by a customer that had previously ordered a wedding band set requesting us to reinvent the set into a memorial ring and pendant set as her husband had very sadly passed away.
It was one of his final wishes that we melt their rings together to create a memorial set for his ashes once he passed.
This was tremendously sad, and a true honour.

Our customer had sadly lost the diamond from her engagement ring and asked us to make a memorial stone using her dog’s ashes to replace the lost diamond.
This made her engagement ring even more sentimental.

Our customer had a bracelet that held lots of sentimental value to him, and when he sadly lost his granddaughter he wanted to find a way to incorporate her ashes into the bracelet.
In order to do this we had to custom make a Sterling Silver cuff charm to replace the stainless steel one, which we incorporated the ashes into with green opal as it was their favourite colour.

We were commissioned by a family to make four memorial gold rings from one very large and heavy keeper ring.
The keeper ring had originally belonged to a man that had sadly passed away, and the new rings were for his children.
This order was especially unique and sentimental as we incorporated Suburu paint from their Dad’s beloved car into the ashes inlays.

Our customer had a Sterling Silver ring which wasn’t her style or size and requested it be turned into a marquise memorial ring to include the ashes of both her grandparents.
