Adorato is a Portsmouth UK based family run business which consists of Sabrina Simmons & Steven Parrott.
Our business started as a 'labour of love project' for myself (Sabrina) and Steve due to a love of unique jewellery, creativity and a passion for creating meaningful and sentimental pieces.

Steve had a background in engineering and design, and I had a background in business management and 10 years experience as a grief therapist, and most importantly, we both wanted to improve our lives, and create a meaningful legacy.

Steve would design jewellery pieces as a hobby, and this would be done alongside his job as a bike mechanic.

One day a family friend asked Steve to make them a memorial ring, so together we designed a bespoke ring, custom made it from our bedroom with very basic tools.
Our family friend was but it received such a hugely positive response, that we started to receive even more requests.

Steve also discovered a passion for reinventing jewellery when he took some sentimental gold that belonged to Sabrina and created a ring from it which created huge interest and our journey into reinvention jewellery began.
