Returns & Refunds

We use meticulous care when making all of our designs, and always try to ensure we are making exactly what you have ordered, and we want you to be overjoyed and fully satisfied with your Jewellery from us.

However, as each Adorato product is custom made we cannot offer a return or refund unless: 

a) the product is incorrect and is not what you ordered, or

b) the product is faulty.

If the product(s) delivered does not match your order or is faulty then please contact us via email at adoratouk@gmail.com outlining the problem, and we will arrange the return of the said goods.

Refunds will only be issued if the request has been made 7 days from receipt, and items are received by us 7 days after refund application has been made.

Please remember to indicate your original invoice number and the name your order was placed under.

If the goods have a problem relating to the quality of the product such as a manufacturing fault, then a photograph as well as description of the problem should be emailed for our customer services team to assess.




A refund for change of heart will be offered only when an order is cancelled within 3 days as this is prior to any work being undertaken by Adorato.

If you need to cancel an order you should contact customer services on 07908748192 as soon as possible.

If an order has been placed by the customer and subsequently produced by Adorato a refund will not be offered on cancellation due to the personal specifications of custom designs.

Finally, you have our word that we'll always do our very best to ensure that you are happy with your Adorato order.
